Hotel Pirin gathers everything under one roof: a daylight conference hall with full AV, 65 rooms, a restaurant for the shared dinner and a spa where the sessions settle. Outside wait 4,000 m² of private park for open-air coffee breaks and the Bansko center for the evening program — and winter adds a ski day that bonds a team better than any teambuilding handbook. With 15+ rooms per night, the hall comes free.

Celebrations
Family occasions love the park
A christening, a jubilee, an anniversary or a wedding party in the garden: in the warm months the park and the garden restaurant become the stage for family celebrations — under the pines, 50 meters from the square, with the hotel kitchen at your back. In winter the fireplace restaurant takes over the role. Occasions small or large — we arrange the menu, the setting and your guests’ accommodation in one place.

Running an event with us
What does the conference hall include?+
Daylight, a screen, sound and the seating layout of your choice (theatre, classroom, U-shape). Coffee breaks are served in the hall or, in good weather, in the park.
When is the hall free of charge?+
With 15 or more rooms per night occupied by your group, the hall is included at no extra cost.
How early should we request dates?+
For the winter season and September offsites — as early as you can; those windows fill first. We answer every inquiry with a concrete quote within one business day.
Can you organize the program too?+
Yes — from set menus for the team dinner, through a ski day with our gondola shuttle, to a spa afternoon, which is included for all staying guests.
