Every price is per person per night with breakfast and dinner. Groups over 12 get −5%, over 30 get −8%, and every 20 paid places earns one free.
Corporate offsite & seminar
From €49 per person with dinner. The conference hall is free with 15+ rooms. Coffee break €12, team dinner €25. Cinema room, park and games floor included.
Christmas party
The restaurant to your company alone, a festive menu, and rooms on the floor above it. December fills up in October.
School trip
From €45 per child for 30+ children and 2+ nights. One teacher free per 15 children, programme room included. Booked through a licensed tour operator.
Sports camp
From €45 per person. Pool, gym and a 4,000 m² park for dryland work; meal times move to fit training.

The first hotel in Bansko, built in 1974 and fully renovated. The space comes from an era that did not build to a spreadsheet.

What does the price include?+
The room, buffet breakfast and dinner, indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and gym, WiFi and parking. VAT and tourist tax included. The spa area is not an extra.
When is the hall free?+
With 15 or more rooms per night the conference hall carries no charge for your whole stay. Below that it is rented separately; ask us and we will quote it.
Are there free places?+
Yes. Every 20 paid places earns one free in a double room. Driver and guide pay half. It is written into the offer, not promised verbally.
How is it paid?+
20% on confirmation, 30% one month before the event, the balance 5 days before arrival. One company invoice for the whole stay.
How fast do you reply?+
Within 24 hours on a business day you get an offer with prices, available rooms and a proforma. If the dates are taken we say so immediately rather than leaving you waiting.
